What are the payment options?

With us, you have convenient payment options such as cash, online payments, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and more. We strive to make the payment process as easy.

How much will my repair cost me?

Repair costs depend on the model and issue of the device. Our prices are transparent and competitive. Reach out via WhatsApp or use our Request A Quote page to select a service and submit your inquiry. It’s easy and convenient, and you’ll get a repair cost estimate within minutes.

How long will my repair/service take?

Most repairs are completed onsite in 20-30 minutes, depending on the device and the job. For hardware issues that can’t be fixed onsite, we offer free pickup and delivery, with a turnaround time of 2-3 working days.

Will I get evidence that my device is collected?

Yes, you will receive a receipt as evidence when your device is collected. It will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp, as we prioritize being environmentally friendly and do not use paper receipts.

Is there any charge for pickup & delivery for my device?

There is no charge for pickup and delivery if you accept our quote. However, if you reject the quote after diagnosis, there is a one-time device handling fee of AED 50/-

Will I receive an invoice for the repair or service provided?

Yes, you will receive an invoice for the repair. It will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp to ensure an environmentally friendly process. This invoice will include all details of the service provided and the costs involved.

Do I need to make an appointment to bring my device to you?

No appointment is needed. We provide onsite services and free pickup and delivery for your convenience. However, if you prefer to visit us, you’re welcome anytime between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
